We all face these primal and elusive questions about life, namely, what is the purpose of life and why? Philosophers, scientists, and theologians have debated these great questions throughout the existence of mankind. So where do we go to find the answers.
For some the resounding answer is science. Science has contributed to our lives and quality of lives in profound ways. From medicine to technology, science has brought innovation and understanding to many aspects of our world. Yet, science is limited. Science (true science) is limited to that which can be observed, tested and retested. To put it another words science is limited to materialistic causes, concepts and realities. Can this successfully answer all our questions, especially the big ones? NO.
A simple but profound truth remains despite all of the progress of science and great thinkers, we need our Creator. As everything in this world that has design necessitates a designer so we also have a Designer and Creator. He can help us to understand the greater questions and purposes of life, but then again we have to be willing to listen.
